Shuttle service needs serious improvement, as we waited over an hour only to take a taxi. The room was decent with a comfortable bed, but some areas felt neglected, like the dusty shower walls. Breakfast was available early with some good options, and its proximity to the airport was a plus. The overall experience was overshadowed by the shuttle delay, which made it feel overpriced for what we received.

The King room was spacious enough for our layover needs. It was clean and comfortable, which was great for a quick night’s stay. The bed felt nice, and the bathroom was good too. Only issue was the noise from outside. could hear cars passing by. Overall, it worked for us, but it might not cut it for a longer stay.

Had an amazing time with friends. The shuttle service to and from the airport was super convenient, and we even caught a concert at Universal Studios CityWalk, which is nearby. The rooms were updated, and everything was clean. Perfect spot for our group vacation!
